The Widjiitiwin program fulfills Muskoka Bible Centre’s vision by partnering with community leaders in priority neighborhoods providing children, youth, and families with camp and retreats to help them experience life changing and lasting transformation through encountering God’s great love for them.

Celebrate 95 Years of God’s Faithfulness at Muskoka Bible Centre!

Join us this Canada Day weekend as we mark an incredible milestone: MBC’s 95th Anniversary! Whether you and your family have been part of the MBC community for generations or you’re visiting for the first time, this is a one-of-a-kind celebration you won’t want to miss.

We’re planning a weekend filled with special events, throwback activities, and meaningful moments as we reflect on God’s goodness over the past 95 years.

Weekend Overview

Saturday, June 28

Kick off the celebration with a fun-filled afternoon featuring nostalgic carnival games, a colourful golf cart parade, and a classic community BBQ. Wander through our Archives Display, showcasing photos, stories, and memorabilia from MBC’s rich history.

In the evening, gather for Riverside Live: Retro Edition, a special throwback night of music, laughter, and family-friendly entertainment.

Sunday, June 29

The morning begins with worship services at 9:00am and 11:00am, including the dedication of our brand-new Prayer Garden at 10:30am; a beautiful space created for quiet reflection and worship.

Stick around for our Old-Timey Family Picnic, complete with delicious picnic meals (must pre-order – see below), lawn games, inflatables, and live music.

We’ll close out the weekend with a powerful evening of Praise & Prayer, celebrating all that God has done and all that’s still to come.

This weekend is a special opportunity to celebrate together and look forward to what God has in store for MBC’s future!

A collection of memorabilia over the last 95 years at MBC. This collection will be set up all weekend.
