Contacting your child while at camp
To send messages to a camper during a camp session, we ask that you email widjiitiwin@muskokabible.com, or send mail to the MBC office (8 Pioneer Ave, Huntsville ON, P1H 2J3). Due to the busyness of the camp and our phone policy, our mail system is the easiest way to stay in contact and maintain the fun of camp for your child!
We recommend you write letters before your child’s week of camp and personally drop them off with our staff on the day they arrive or at the MBC office throughout the week. We typically hand out mail during lunch, so we encourage you to write the day of the week on your letters and send emails in advance to be printed and handed out as mail.
Campers do not have access to a phone while at camp, and we would encourage you not to call unless it is an emergency. If you need to get in contact with a director, please leave your name and number at the MBC front office and we will reach out promptly.
How to visit
Once our camp week has begun, we have strict rules about who can be on site, in the interest of safety. If you would like a tour of the camp or need to drop off a forgotten item throughout the week, please book an appointment by emailing widjiitiwin@muskokabible.com or by leaving your name and number at the MBC front office.
Drop-off/Pick-up information
If you plan to arrive late or leave early from camp, please reach out to let us know in advance. If someone besides the parents/guardians listed on your child’s registration page is coming to pick them up, please go through your registration and be sure to add their name to your authorized pickup list. We ask that those who are picking up campers bring ID with them on the last day of camp.
Registration login username/password
If you have forgotten your username, feel free to reach out and we will send you the email you used to register. If you have forgotten your password, you will see a prompt to reset it on our login page, and this will trigger a response from us to help you through that process.
