MBC’s mission is to grow resilient, biblically rooted families to the glory of God. We provide experiences where guests are renewed in their faith journey with Jesus Christ, connected to others in meaningful relationship and equipped to be the hands and feet of God in their communities.

Why It Matters: Society is facing an epidemic of loneliness, social isolation, anxiety, and depression. The weakening of family function and kinship relationships, including extended family circles are key contributors to this epidemic. God’s design for family is the antidote for this crisis.

Summer at MBC
MBC is a resort facility that runs a biblically-based summer conference program with something for everyone.
- Bring your family and stay in one of our resort rooms, cottages, or campground sites.
- Your kids will make life-long friends while drawing near to God in our kids & youth ministry programs. You will be encouraged and your faith strengthened through our chapel ministry. We have different bible teachers that share challenging and encouraging lessons with us each and every week.
- Have some real family together time at MBC — at the beach, canoeing, campfires, hikes and a host of other great activities.

Youth Discipleship
Each year our activities at MBC and Camp Widjiitiwin provide a platform to invite more than 125 young people between the ages of 15 and 25 years of age into an intentional, community-based youth discipleship and work experience. Our student staffing program is specifically designed to grow resilient disciples of Jesus Christ.
Widjiitiwin
Widjiitiwin is a program of Muskoka Bible Centre (MBC) that addresses the unique and complex needs of marginalized youth and their families.
The name Widjiitiwin is an Ojibway name meaning “helping one another” and this is the very thing we hope our Widjiitiwin program will be.
Ministry To Pastors & their Families
1. Ministry Leader Respite Retreats: Accommodations and services to pastors and ministry leaders at no cost. This is available for personal respite retreats of mini family getaways.
2. Marriage in Ministry Retreat: Specifically designed for pastors and their spouses. They face unique challenges; this is an opportunity to be ministered in a safe and supportive context.
