Women of Ministry
June 9-11, 2025
Do you have a heart for ministry? Do you serve in your local church or a parachurch organization? Come be a part of our Women of Ministry retreat that is designed to support women who serve in these roles. By joining us for this time, you will have the opportunity to meet others in ministry who can relate to your situation and sit under the teaching of women who have similar experiences. You will be cared for in our cozy accommodations, enjoy delicious food, while finding moments to relax and unwind. Our hope is that you will walk away feeling encouraged and refreshed, ready to continue serving the body of Christ.
But are you actually serving in a ministry role?
Many women find it challenging to label themselves in this way. Let us put your mind at ease. It does not matter if you are serving part time or full time, volunteer or paid, new to ministry or have many years experience. Women serve in many different ways and if you are actively serving the body of Christ, you are a woman of ministry!
We have a compiled a list of some roles where women serve in ministry:
- Pastors’ wives
- Those serving in Christian organizations
- Church administration and custodial staff
- Teachers
- Camp ministry workers
- Missionaries
- Youth ministry
- Board members
- Children’s ministry
- Worship leaders
- … and way more!
Teaching Topic: Found Faithful
In the whirlwind of life and leadership, it’s easy to feel pulled in conflicting directions. In these moments, it’s essential to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your first Love. Join us for encouragement and inspiration to embody what it means to be found faithful. Through biblical teaching, personal stories, and thoughtful reflection, we’ll support one another in continuing the work we’ve been called to. Let us strive to be women of boldness, thriving in our gifts and callings, marked as good and faithful servants.
