Celebrating more than 30 years of ministry together, The Master’s Four are recognized today as one of Canada’s leading gospel quartets.

The group was originally formed in 1985 at Unionville Alliance Church in Unionville, Ontario, Canada. Known in those days as “The Unionville Boys”, the quartet quickly gained a local following through appearances at Churches, banquets, conferences and community events throughout Southern Ontario.

As the ministry grew, the quartet was renamed “The Master’s Four”, reflecting their commitment to an expanded ministry and to the message of Grace and Hope that is engrained in their music. Today, the current members of The Master’s Four continue to touch hearts and lives with this message through their unique blend of traditional, contemporary and southern gospel music.

Josh Tiessen is an international award-winning artist, based out of his Studio Gallery in Stoney Creek, Ontario. Tiessen is best known for hyper-surreal shaped oil paintings, which take up to 1700 hours to complete, and reflect the interaction between the natural world and human-made structures.

He holds a B.R.E. in Arts, Biblical Studies, and Philosophy (Emmanuel Bible College) and an M.A. in Art History (University of Toronto). Tiessen has exhibited his work since 2006 in over 100 shows including the National Gallery of Canada, and has had solo exhibitions in galleries from New York to Los Angeles. His recent retrospective “Creation Longs” took place at Wycliffe College at the University of Toronto in 2024.

Appearing in Forbes, CBC, and Toronto Star for his art and philanthropy, Tiessen is also a sought-after speaker, lecturing at Redeemer University and McMaster Divinity College, among other institutions. His essays have been published in Image Journal and Christianity Today’s Ekstasis, and he is the arts columnist at Love Is Moving, the young adult counterpart of Faith Today. He has published three coffee table art books, including Streams in the Wasteland (2021), which features paintings and written commentary inspired by Isaiah and biblical themes of creation care, and Vanitas + Viriditas (2024), espousing the wisdom found in Ecclesiastes and Proverbs. Despite his early success, Tiessen humbly acknowledges that his artistic talent is a gift from God and seeks to draw people back to the Creator through his art and writing.

Zac Tiessen

Zac Tiessen is an international award-winning composer based in Stoney Creek, Ontario. His credits include additional music for Netflix and Ubisoft, as well as the video game soundtrack “Supernova,” a score composed for the StarCraft II campaign “UED: First Light.”

For his original music, Zac collaborates with fine artist brother, Josh Tiessen. The songs take inspiration and are creatively guided by Josh’s hyper-surrealistic imaginative paintings. For “Streams in the Wasteland” and “Vanitas + Viriditas” Zac composed songs for each painting, crafting a world of unique custom textures––drawing on nature recordings and hymn melodies––to match their narratives. The Tiessen brothers were featured on CTV National News, which called their multi-disciplinary project “a masterpiece.”

Zac constantly searches for uncommon instruments to experiment with, and also enlists soloists, ensembles and composers to contribute to his tracks. This is all brought together through an ambient cinematic approach, which allows the listener to discover new layers the more they listen and are immersed in the music. He studied music theory, guitar performance, production (mixing/mastering) and film scoring through UCLA and Berklee College of Music, where he was awarded a Celebrity Scholarship from Grammy-winning producer Don Was. Working out of ZT Music Studio, Tiessen has mastered thousands of songs and soundtracks, including BBC documentaries and Billboard charting albums, with millions of streams online.

Canadian worship collective Backyard Worship brings nothing new to the table. They, like many around them, write songs for the Church to use as anthems to worship Jesus.

Born in 2018, BYW began, writing and leading worship out of a burning desire to see Christ’s name lifted high. Not to perform or entertain the Church, but to simply and humbly lead others into worship of Jesus. They love the Word, Jesus, and His way. They long to bring Him glory with every moment.

Ruth Ann Onley is an award-winning Christian recording artist who has touched hearts for over 35 years with her concert singing ministry.

Married to the late David C. Onley, the 28th Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, Ruth Ann had the opportunity to perform at many patriotic, military, and cultural events. She also flew into the far Northern communities, on David’s behalf, to continue his Aboriginal Literacy programs.

She is a contributing author to the Word Guild award-winning book called; “Faith, Life and Leadership.”

Ruth Ann is the recipient of an honorary Doctor of Literature degree from Canada Christian College and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal.

Now, Nana to nine precious grandchildren, Ruth Ann continues to delight in sleepovers and soccer games and to pursue her love of singing as she lifts the name of Jesus. May you be blessed!

Luke Langman is recording artist from central Ontario. He lives and works on his family farm with his wife Heidi and four children. Even though he writes his music in the tractor while the GPS steers the tractor itself, his music is a mix of worship and songwriter pop. He has had number 1 songs in Canadian radio and loves to share a message of hope and life through music. His oldest daughter Abbie and son Caleb have now joined Luke to share these songs.

Mike Janzen is a JUNO- and GMA-nominated Canadian musician known for blending jazz, pop, and classical influences into soulful, genre-crossing compositions. A gifted pianist, composer, and arranger, he gained widespread acclaim with The Psalms Project—a double album of sacred songs inspired by the Psalms and shaped during his recovery from a concussion. His latest release, Songs from the Canyon, continues this spiritual and musical exploration with cinematic textures and collaborations with artists like Dee Wilson and Jonathan Maracle. Mike’s work spans orchestral arrangements, film scores, and jazz trio performances, earning praise for its artistry and emotional depth. He lives in Toronto with his family and enjoys gardening, paddle boarding, and building backyard rinks.

Jaiden has been involved in music from a young age, starting piano lessons at the age of five. After years of study, she completed her ARCT Performers with the Royal Conservatory in 2020, followed by receiving her Licentiate Diploma last year. Jaiden started teaching piano while in high school, which quickly became her passion, and is also working towards finishing completing her Advanced Teachers Diploma with the RCM. Jaiden currently teaches full time and runs a busy studio in Barrie where she spreads her love of music with students of all ages. Jaiden went to MBC often when she was younger and is excited to be returning to do this concert and worship the Lord through music.

This outdoor event is hosted at Muskoka Bible Centre on beautiful Mary Lake. There’s no cost to attendees but spots are limited based on available parking.

Please note: guests staying/living on MBC property including those in accommodations, the trailer park, or cottages do not need to register. Only guests arriving by car need to register and registration is per vehicle (ie. one family coming in one car only needs one registration).

Before stepping out to pursue music full-time in March 2018, Will Walker served for 10 years as a full-time worship pastor. Since then, he has had the privilege of traveling across Canada and internationally, sharing the message of the Gospel through music and the Word. Will and his wife Melanie, along with their two children—Sadie-Jo (12) and Isaac (8)—travel and minister together when possible at churches, conferences, and special events.

Will has also been actively serving at his local church in downtown Kingston, Ontario since 2019 helping lead the worship ministry on Sunday mornings and mentoring college and university students in their local campus ministry throughout the year.

He has shared the stage and led worship alongside artists such as Paul Baloche (authors of “Hosanna,” “Your Name”), Peter Furler (Newsboys), and Laura Story (“Blessings”), among others.

Will is a speaker and artist ambassador with Compassion Canada, advocating for children living in poverty and inviting others to partner in Jesus’ name to see lives transformed.

Will and his family love Jesus and desire that their lives and music would inspire others to live a life of worship—serving as God’s hands and feet to bring hope and the Good News of Jesus to a world in need of Him.
