O-8 Maple Crescent

Maple Cresent is the perfect balance of MBC activity and peace with only a 3 minute walk to the Nibble Nook. This is a corner lot on a quiet crescent with little traffic.

The patio has a BBQ, a 10’x12’ gazebo with screens, table and chairs for 6. Entertain or relax at our quiet corner of MBC on the living room patio set at the front of the deck.

The Kingsport Gulfstream sleeps up to 6, however is best suited for 1-4 guests. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of storage in cupboards around the head of the bed and a door to separate the main space from the primary bedroom.

In the main area, there is a set of double-sized bunk beds each with their own window and ability to charge electronics. Both table and couch can be turned into beds. Plenty of overhead storage space.

We provide the necessities for preparing meals and for cold and hot drinks. Coffee and tea are available. The bathroom houses a shower and toilet, with the sink being outside the bathroom, in the main area.

Come check out the beauty of MBC during the off-season! Renting from September to June. Open concept, 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage with an 8-person capacity limit. All bedrooms have queen beds in them, and one of the bedrooms has an additional bunk bed. A washer and Dryer, a large fire pit, and a swing set at the front of the cottage are some of the amenities to enjoy. Rental includes all bedding and linens, and a cleaner for a full vacation experience. You will find the cottage with air conditioning in the main living area, and it is heated with a combination of propane fireplace, baseboard heaters, a wall unit, and space heaters. It’s toasty warm during the winter months! Lots of winter activities close by, including skating, skiing, and snowmobiling. The cottage has its own high-speed internet with Chromecast for viewing pleasure on the large-screen TV. There are also TVs with Chromecasts in each bedroom and a game system in the living room to enjoy with the family. Family board games and a few toys for small children are also available. This newly renovated cottage is the perfect location for families who relish the harmonious greenery of Muskoka and like to wake up to the soothing sound of summer birds singing.

Our cottage sleeps up to 8 guests and contains of 4 bedrooms; 1 King size bed, 2 queen size beds, 1 double bed. Two fully equipped washrooms. Open kitchen, living room, separate dining room, all on the same floor. Downstairs there is a game room with, table tennis, air hocky, basketball arcade and large size tv.

For the outdoors, we offer a firepit, BBQ, large terrace with sitting and dining area. The property is located on 5 acres with a small creek running through the edge of the backyard for kids to explore. We have a trampoline and other outdoor games to enjoy.
