At Muskoka Bible Centre, we believe in the power of retreat—to refresh the soul, build meaningful connections, and draw closer to Jesus. And it often starts with one person who takes the lead. That’s you!

As a Group Coordinator, you play a key role in helping others experience all that MBC has to offer. To say thank you, we’re offering a special gift when you bring a group of 10 or more to an MBC Retreat. You’ll also get access to helpful tools, promo materials, and planning resources to make gathering your group simple.

FAQ

How many people do I need to bring?
You’re welcome to bring any number of guests (pending availability). To receive the Group Coordinator gift, you’ll need at least 10 people registered.
How will I receive my Group Coordinator gift?
Your gift will be ready and waiting for you when you arrive at the retreat.
What if I’m unsure how many people can come?
Stay in touch with Cynthia or our Main Office as your numbers change—we’re happy to work with you! We’ll plan based on your best estimate and adjust as needed. 
How do I handle payments for my group reservation?

We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your group reservation. The remaining balance is due at check-in, but we strongly encourage submitting final payment in advance to ensure a smooth and speedy check-in process.

When do I need to confirm my group?
It’s all based on availability. To keep your group close together and ensure we have space for everyone, we recommend booking as early as possible.
How is this different from a Group Rental retreat?
With an MBC Retreat, we handle all the programming—including teaching, music, and recreation—so you can focus on gathering your group and enjoying the experience.
Do I need to attend with my group?
Yes, we require a point person on-site for any questions during the retreat.
Can my group have private meeting times?
Possibly! Space is limited, so the earlier you book, the better. Additional fees may apply for certain rooms.
Can our accommodations be close together?
We’ll do our best! Proximity depends on availability, so booking early is key.
