Marina
Experience the beautiful Mary Lake on the water or peruse the North Branch of the Muskoka River. Join the Recreation Team at the waterfront for many paddle craft adventures. Recreation staff will provide safety equipment, life jackets and helpful tips for paddle craft usage. With Kayaks, Canoes, Paddleboards and 8Hp Fishing Boats there are many options for all.
Victoria Day – June (Campground):
The marina is open Saturdays from 11:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 1:00-5:00pm for rentals. Reservations and rentals are available at the Marina building.
- Canoes and Double Kayaks are $15/hr, and
- Single Kayaks and SUPs are $10/hr.
Victoria Day – June (Retreat Groups): Book a set of 10 units for your group to share for only a $60 set up fee and $60 per hour, or upgrade to 20 units for a $120 set up fee and $120 per hour. On The Water
Book your ticket on one of the MBC boats for one of our many facilitated On the Water experiences. Enjoy a relaxing ride down the winding Muskoka River on the River Tour, learn about some special spots on Mary Lake on the Lake Tour, spend time in Port Sydney on the Port Sydney Cruise or go for an adventure on our Tubing Experience. Spend time outdoors, with family, friends and new acquaintances while taking in creation’s beauty from the water.
1. River Tours – Enjoy a peaceful ride through Muskoka’s winding waterways. Wed/Sun, $15/person.
2. Lake Tours – Explore more of Mary Lake and discover some of its hidden spots. Mon/Fri, $15/person.
3. Port Sydney Cruises – Cruise to a nearby lakeside town with great views along the way. Tues/Thurs/Sat, $20/person.
4. Tubing – Mon-Fri, $20/person

Archery
Archery is your camp classic activity at the MBC Ranch, there are many fun challenges to try at the MBC Archery Range including the quick draw challenge, balloon bash, around the world, challenge your leaders for a spot on the leaderboard or earn your archery pin.
April – June: Archery time is booked for your retreat group with the Recreation Coordinator prior to your retreat. The Archery activity is $30 for set up and $30 for each hour of activity for up to 20 people.
July – August: Preregister for Archery online or at the Marina building to reserve your spot. Each spot is $10 for 45 minutes of fun with the MBC instructors.

Axe Throwing
Try a new skill at the MBC Ranch, try our Axe Throwing challenges including target practice, quick toss, try to best your leaders on the leaderboard, or earn your axe throwing pins.
April – June: Axe Throwing time is booked for your retreat group with the Recreation Coordinator prior to your retreat. The Axe Throwing activity is $30 for set up and $30 for each hour of activity for up to 20 people.

Escape Room
Challenge your mind in the MBC Escape Room complete challenging puzzles in your race against the clock. Book your chance to conquer the escape room, earn your place on the leader board, and earn your escape room pin.
July – August: Preregister for the Escape Room online or at the Marina building to reserve
your spot. Each spot is $15 for 1 hour to race the clock with an MBC operator.

Goosechase and Contests
Have fun with your family and friends racing to take the best pictures of your victories, whether in the summer with our contest submissions or with your retreat specific GooseChase you’re sure to find your challenge and have a good time in some friendly competition.
April – June: Book a GooseChase experience for your group for a set-up fee of $25 for a base model, work with our Recreation Coordinator to personalize your GooseChase for your group for $25 per hour, or have the Recreation Team facilitate your GooseChase for $25 per hour. Create memories with your retreat group members that last a lifetime by contacting our Recreation Coordinator for details.
Glow Dodgeball
Bring back the classic favourites of your childhood with an added twist. MBC Staff will host your group in the Fellowship Centre Gym after sundown for a time of Glow in the Dark Dodgeball. MBC uses UV lights to create the glow experience and encourages guests to wear their white and bright clothes for an even more amazing glow experience you won’t soon forget.
April – June: Our Glow in the Dark Dodgeball activity requires a $50 setup fee and is $50 per hour of activity for your group. You can have your entire there for the entire duration of the reservation, or if you have a larger group break them up into smaller groups for back-to-back sessions. For recommendations on group sizes and booking your group for Glow Dodgeball please contact the Recreation Coordinator prior to your retreat.

Games Night
For a quieter recreation activity that gets your whole group involved, MBC offers a Games Night Package. Choose from our two collections of games: the MBC Board Game Classics or the MBC Jumbo Games. The collection will be brought to your group’s meeting room for your group to use for the evening and will be picked up the following morning. You also have the option of inviting a staff member to facilitate a few games for your group to encourage group unity and explain some of our games that may be new to your group members.
April – June: Each collection of MBC board games is $45 per night you wish to have the games available for your group. To invite a staff member to facilitate the evening or a portion of the evening there is an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please contact the Recreation Coordinator for booking.
September – November: Each collection of MBC board games is $45 per night you wish to have the games available for your group. Beach Amenities
MBC sits on the beautiful Mary Lake and Muskoka River waterfront. Spend time with your family and friends at the beach, playing beach Volleyball, or enjoying shuffleboard or bocce ball available down by the water.

Snow Amenities
Enjoy the cool winter air down the MBC hub hill on one of our amazing Snow Tubes or take a snowy walk through our property with a pair of MBC snowshoes.
December – March: Available for self-serve usage. Snowshoes are available in the Front Office and the snow tubes can be booked for a time slot through Group Rentals Coordinators.
