Between September and June, you can experience one of our many MBC Retreats, customize your own group experience, or stay with us in our MBC BnB.

Widjiitiwin

The Widjiitiwin program fulfills Muskoka Bible Centre’s vision by partnering with community leaders in priority neighborhoods providing children, youth, and families with camp and retreats to help them experience life changing and lasting transformation through encountering God’s great love for them.

Widjiitiwin is an Ojibway name meaning “helping one another”. With this in mind, we operate with a small staff team and a large number of volunteers throughout our summer. Please consider joining us in one of the following roles:

  • Kitchen Help
  • Housekeeping Help
  • Weekly Medic (nurse/paramedic/doctor)
  • Assistant Cabin Leader

We have both week-long and casual volunteer opportunities in these roles.

If you would like to volunteer at the camp this summer, please fill out the following form to share your expression of interest. Please note that all volunteers will be screened with an interview, reference checks, and a police check.

If you are a part of one of our partnering communities, please fill out the expression of interest form for volunteering AND let your community leader know that you have expressed interest in volunteering during their camp week this summer.
