Using Your Talents For Him

My name is Kathy Berg and I have had the privilege to serve in the Ministry of MBC for over 25 years! Here at MBC, I have been able to use various skills in my role from cooking, cleaning rooms, administrative tasks, all things that I could have done in various venues pursuing an operational career.

Serving in a support role at MBC has given me the opportunity to engage with guests and staff, in an environment that encourages the advancement of the Kingdom, from our Summer Ministry to the opportunity to host various different groups, who are all here to take time to grow in their relationships with Christ. If you are looking for a place to use your skills that the Lord has blessed you with, consider being a part of our MBC Team.

An operational role at MBC is not just another job! It is an opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus to our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.

A familiar verse that has been a rock for both myself and my husband as we have served here at MBC has been Proverbs 3:5-6

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”

Kathy Berg is the Director of Guests Services at MBC, and a Red Seal Chef with 33 years of Culinary Experience. As MBC continues to grow we are looking for talented individuals who have a desire to serve and minister to others with the talents God has given them.
